Vincent Gerace - Real Estate and Financial Services Professional

Vincent Gerace was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, and comes from a family of ten children.  As the second child, he grew up as a family role model, and later went on to do two tours in Viet Nam.  At the end of his tours, he remained in California and started his Real Estate career in 1975. He became the local listing king by knocking on doors, and interacting with the community.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Redlands, majoring in Business Management, and graduated Magna Cum Laude.  He now manages Real Estate and Financial professionals who work out of the Cypress branch of Citywide Group, Inc.

Vincent has become an expert in helping customers to buy and sell homes through the use of unique marketing plans, and by establishing a network of professionals who provide support in the areas of marketing, advertising, publicity, real estate law, tax issues, financing, credit repair, disclosures, home warranties, title vesting, survivorship and a host of other issues related to Real Estate and Financial transactions.
